Tracy Hale is the CEO of an international nonprofit, Youth Volunteer Corps, that is headquartered in Kansas City and has nearly 40 affiliate sites throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to that, Tracy served seven years as Vice President for Miller Management, which provides accounting, payroll, administrative audit services, consulting and workshops for churches and nonprofit organizations.
In that position, she worked directly with more than 50 organizations in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, organizational culture, hiring/firing, compensation, staff motivation, fraud prevention and recovery, accounting, administrative audits, and effective financial reporting.
