Services
ICAN-USA District Society was established under the laws of the United States in 2008 as a 501(c)(6) organization by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the foremost Accounting professional body in Africa.
ICAN is chartered by an Act of Parliament No. 15 of 1965 to regulate the Practice of Accountancy in Nigeria and has about thirty-eight thousand registered members' resident all over the world.
ICAN is also a member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

Membership is open to individuals who have passed the qualifying examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and currently reside in USA.
