Reality Check Inc. offers accurate data entry, timely reports, and helpful financial guidance to support the stewardship of your organization. We currently serve 30 non-profits in northern New Mexico and would like to serve you. Reality Check bookkeepers are QuickBooks and non-profit experts. In addition to standard accounting functions such as data entry, payroll, A/R, and A/P, we also provide a multitude of custom reports critical to your non-profit mission.

Our bookkeepers work closely with you so that financial information is recorded and organized to make end of year audits and returns painless. Since we know how precious your time is, we work directly with the CPA/auditors to ensure annual compliance. Reality Check functions with and within your organization. We want to be part of your team. While our core services involve accounting using QuickBooks software, we help to integrate and streamline all accounting-related functions.

Phyllis has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2002 and was a participant on Intuit's Customer Advisory Council in 2002-2003 where she strongly encouraged production of a QuickBooks version for non-profits, subsequently released in 2004.
Phyllis served as technical editor for the monthly journal Inside QuickBooks and has been a contributing author to Intuit's ProConnection Newsletter.

Reality Check QuickBooks Manuals are pdf files which you can view on your computer screen or print out as hard copies.
Each manual contains 40+ pages of text and authentic screen shots to easily walk you through basic QuickBooks functions.
Links embedded in the Table of Contents and throughout each manual facilitate navigation and minimize scrolling.
Requirements: When you download your QuickBooks manual(s), you receive a zipped file.
