Guerry Duncan attended Oklahoma State University where he obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration - Accounting. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting, most of which has been centered around income tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLC's and trusts.
Guerry spent almost 4 years at Arthur Andersen as a tax manager in the Private Client Services Group where he focused on federal income taxation as it related to high income and high-net worth individuals, their families, and their closely-held entities.This included compensation planning, income tax planning and compliance, and estate planning for these types of individuals, along with the income tax planning and compliance of related partnerships, corporations and trusts.
At Andersen, Guerry was responsible for managing a staff of 30 people who worked with approximately 150 clients and their related entities. He was the manager over several accounts for individuals listed on the Forbes 400 and was also responsible for reviewing specific tax returns in the Gulf Coast Market Circle.
