Cindy created her firm as a Homeowner and a Board Member seeking a new management company with quality financial management services to meet the needs of her community.
After hiring two new management companies, Cindy decided to open her own company as Community Accounting & Management Services using only Full Accrual Accounting.
For over ten years Community Accounting & Management Services has provided Association Management Services to Homeowners Associations in the East Bay consisting of Planned Unit Development, Condominiums, and single family homes.
