James graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2009 with a B.S. in Accounting. He then received his M.S. in Accounting and Taxation from FGCU in 2010. James is an IRS Enrolled Agent. The Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to strict ethical standards. Enrolled Agents, like attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights.

This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before. James is also a CPA licensed in the state of Florida. American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Accordingly, we are Peer Reviewed every 3 years.

Victor received his B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College graduating Cum Laude. He is licensed as a CPA in New York and Florida. He established the firm in 1987 and has over 35 years of accounting and tax experience.
