Pat has extensive experience working in the small business arena. She is a adjunct instructor at a Delaware University. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Professionals in Business Management, National Society of Tax Profesionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
She is passed the IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer exam in 2012 and onbtained her Public Accounting License in 2013. James is a licensed Public Accountant. He has over 20 years experience in the preparation of individual tax returns and 25 years experience providing consulting, accounting and tax planning services to small businesses.
